File Extension M4P For More Audio Files

I am sure a lot of people are not very familiar with .m4p extension. This is actually use for iTunes service. As we all know, iTunes is the most used digital platform internet right now. Quicktime is also one where .m4p extension can be used. You can also play an .m4p extension in MediaPlayerClassic, VLC, Realplayer, Winamp, et cetera. Playing .m4p extension file is easy. However, finding out how to be familiar might be somewhat difficult, especially if you're going use it on a portable audio device. File Extension M4P is best to use or play on any of Apple's iPod audio players, using the iTunes interface for transfer.

Apple wants to get iTunes to be the only application you play music with, using only iPod portable music players. So since every parts of their system are dependent on each other, it will be hard to use each part without the other.

The advantage of using File Extension M4P format is, it's ability to decrease the file size of an audio sample, and still maintain the quality of each file. And since the amount of data contained in the File Extension M4P is small, you can have more files in the same amount of space.
